What makes Custom Concepts Art Bespoke Service different from other art services?
Custom Concepts Art provides a unique and distinctive "Bespoke" service that allows customers to have an integral part of
the direction of their art decor. With my experience in digital art creation, this is an entirely new service that offers
unparalleled opportunities for customization. The use of advanced graphic programs and techniques,
combined with a collaborative approach to the design process, sets Custom Concepts Art apart and ensures that
each piece of artwork is a true reflection of the customer's vision and style.
Do all Requests for Bespoke Commissioned Art get approved?
Due to the custom nature of bespoke art, I can only accept a limited number of projects at a time to ensure each piece receives my full attention and creative energy. If I feel I can bring your artistic vision to life exceptionally well on the canvas size requested, I will reach out within 5 business days to approve beginning the creative process.

I don’t consider myself to be very creative. Will your Bespoke Service still work for me?
Certainly! Just share a brief description of your preferences, and I will use my advanced digital art programs to create a selection of incredible art options for you to explore. No need to stress if you're not feeling overly creative—I'm here to assist in bringing your vision to life! Surprisingly, even the most straight-forward and simple descriptions can yield outstanding results!
Once my Bespoke Art options are ready for my review how will I select the one I like?
I'll share several versions of artwork for your review via email. Each version will be clearly labeled with a letter, making it simple for you to indicate your preferences. For example, you might say, "Option C is getting close to what I like, but can you create a few more options in that style?"
What if the Bespoke art options aren’t really what I want?
I'll create unlimited "new art" options for you until you find that perfect piece you love!
How long will it take for you to fill my Bespoke custom art order?
After placing your order, I'll promptly initiate the creation of your
artwork. The project timeline is flexible, determined by the pace of
your feedback on the initial artwork. Some projects progress swiftly,
while others may involve multiple rounds of crafting new options before
achieving the desired outcome. Throughout this journey, I'll maintain
open communication via email, providing regular updates on the progress.
Your approval is crucial in this collaborative process. When you find
the perfect piece, please express your approval by responding to my
email, stating something like, 'That's it! I want option D! I approve
option D!' This ensures you receive an artwork that genuinely resonates
with you. There is no fixed deadline; the process unfolds at a pace that
aligns with your preferences, and your approval via email helps
streamline the communication and confirmation process.
When and How will my Bespoke Finished Custom Canvas be delivered?
Once you've given final approval production time is typically 3 to 4 business days. After that, your framed canvas will be sent with included expedited shipping.

Can I get a refund if I'm not completely satisfied with the art selection options for my Bespoke custom art?
If, for any reason, you are unable to provide final written approval, a
full refund will be issued. Once we receive your written approval for a
piece, it becomes uniquely yours, and refunds cannot be processed.
Create with confidence, knowing that your satisfaction is our priority.
What is the quality of your printed canvases?
This applies to ALL canvas products (ie, in-store products AND Bespoke products):
-We print on a thick, archival-grade canvas to ensure durability. It is pH
neutral and acid-free, so it will not yellow over time.
-Our solid wood stretcher bars ensure that the canvas print does not warp or bow over time.
-Our giclee, eco-solvent inkjet printers are color calibrated regularly to ensure the most color-accurate prints. These bright, vivid, and amazing colors will resist fading for over 100 years and help your
prints last for generations.
Do you have free shipping for all of the products in your store?
Yes! We have FREE SHIPPING!
When are regular store product orders shipped? (eg..Printed Canvas, Framed Fine Art Prints, etc...)
We generally need 3-5 business days to produce your order. Following production, we ship via ground shipping using reliable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and GLS. The estimated shipping time for Ground Economy is 2-7 business days.
Please be aware that the overall delivery time includes both production and shipping times.
What is you Return & Refund Policy for products and Gift Cards?
We stand behind the quality of our products. To receive a refund for products without defects or workmanship issues, we kindly request that you cover the cost of return shipping. Gift Cards and Promotional Offers Involving Gift Cards:
- Gift Cards: Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Promotional Offers Involving Gift Cards: If you purchase an item with a Promotional Offer that includes a Gift Card and decide to return the purchased item, you will be refunded the amount paid for the item, excluding the value of the gift card. Additionally, please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
What is your return policy if my art arrives damaged?
While we do everything we can to ensure your print arrives safely,
sometimes accidents happen. We offer hassle-free replacements for orders damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, we will replace it at no charge.
If you would like to return the canvas for a refund, and there are no defects or workmanship issues with the canvas, we ask that you cover the cost of the return shipment.
How do I care for my printed canvas?
For quick cleaning, dust your canvas with a soft dry cloth or a feather duster.
For a deep clean, use a clean damp cloth to wipe the canvas as gently as possible.
Do not display in area with direct sunlight to keep the print from fading over time.
Avoid using harsh chemicals and abrasive tools that may damage the canvas or scrub away the ink.
Clean with care and let it dry on its own. Don’t soak or spray the canvas.
Avoid displaying or storing in damp, humid areas to prevent molds on print and warping of stretcher bars.
